Everything You Need to Know About the new 2024 Jeep Gladiator
February 19 2024,
Last autumn, Stellantis lifted the veil on the Jeep Gladiator. As this midsize pickup with great off-road capabilities reaches the halfway point of its generation, Jeep is taking the opportunity to make a few improvements. Here's everything you need to know about the new 2024 Jeep Gladiator.
New exterior features
As you can see from the photos, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator has a new grille. Rest assured, the grille continues to feature seven slots and its iconic shape. We also note that the antenna has been integrated directly into the windshield to avoid snags when driving on narrow trails.
Mechanically, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator retains the 3.6L V6 engine.
As in the past, the Jeep Gladiator is distinguished by its folding windshield, convertible top and doors that can be removed or temporarily replaced by half-doors.
With a towing capacity of 7,700 lbs and a load capacity of 1,725 lbs, it continues to stand out from its competitors. The Gladiator is a versatile, high-capacity vehicle.
Consumers will now be able to choose from a new selection of rims in a variety of modern designs.
The Gladiator range was already well-stocked, but that hasn't stopped Jeep from adding two new versions. The catalog now includes Mojave X and Rubicon X versions. They feature steel bumpers, an off-road camera and Nappa leather seats.
New features inside
When you climb aboard the new Jeep Gladiator, you'll notice the presence of a new 12.3-inch touchscreen. This works in conjunction with the Uconnect 5 infotainment system. This technology is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly. Also, it's important to note that this new iteration of the pickup is available with electrically adjustable front seats.
In terms of safety, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator offers more than in the past. First-row side-curtain airbags, collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on Sport S and higher models.
In closing, it's worth noting that production of the new 2024 Jeep Gladiator began at the Toledo, Ohio assembly plant in early February.
In short, the Jeep Gladiator arrives with several interesting new features for 2024. It will remain the benchmark for consumers looking for a midsize pickup with great off-road capabilities.
